Montecito
The digging of a new dry well was just the beginning of the complete teardown/rebuild of this 4000-square foot custom luxury home in Montecito, California. A design review and permit process that might have taken years was completed in record time, and LFH oversaw 20 subcontractors on every aspect, from upgrading the septic, gas and utilities to building from the basement up Venetian thin-wall plaster, mahogany doors & windows, wood ceilings, marble and stone, network and alarm systems, modern fixtures and high-end finishes.
Our greatest source of pride is the stunning stonework utilizing on-site sandstone boulders, which were chipped and worked by masons to make stairs, walls, gate columns, and architectural elements including window sills, wall veneer and even a stone bench. The client didn’t cut any corners – and it shows.
